Our Anti-Racism in Early Years course provides information to help early years practitioners consider and reflect on their practice and the setting they work in. It explores the effects of racism on children, along with strategies and approaches for good practice.

The Training
By the end of this course, learners should understand:
- the definition of racism
- the harmful effects racial bias can cause
- positive anti-racism approaches and strategies in early years practice; the importance of working to an anti-racist environment
Final Test
This course has been accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to the universally accepted Continuous Professional Development Guidelines. On successful completion, you can download or print your certificates from the learner management system.
Duration
The entire course and test should take approximately 30 minutes. This course is certified on completion.
