Children’s Mental Health

Our Children’s Mental Health Course provides important definitions and an examination of the factors which can affect a child’s mental health. It looks at the risk factors, inequalities in early years and how a child’s well-being can be promoted. It explores the roles of the early years practitioner and the Health Visitor, along with the benefits of promoting mindfulness and resilience.

We maintain the validity of our courses, including changes to legislation, policies and procedures, by ensuring the training material is up to date.
