The Training
By the end of this course, learners should understand:
- the definition and importance of executive function in a young child
- the definition and importance of metacognition in a young child
- how early years practitioners can encourage and support executive function and metacognition
- self-recognition, as a by-product of metacognition
Final Test
This course has been accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to the universally accepted Continuous Professional Development Guidelines. On successful completion, you can download or print your certificates from the learner management system.
Duration
The entire course and test should take approximately 25 minutes. This course is certified on completion.
