This course also provides a good understanding of the UK licensing laws.

The Training

On completing the course, learners will:

  • Understand what excellent hospitality consists of
  • Understand the importance of customer service throughout different stages of a meal, from greeting customers to presenting the bill
  • Develop an awareness of the different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available and how to serve them
  • Develop an awareness and knowledge of the food that is being served
  • Understand the alcohol licensing and age verification laws and how to implement them

Final Test

Once you have completed the online training, you will be able to take the final test.

  • There are 25 questions
  • The pass rate is 80%
  • You can take the test as many times as you need.
