The Training

By the end of this course, learners should understand:

  • important terms and definitions 
  • the role and responsibilities of the Equality Named Co-Ordinator (ENCO) 
  • the legal duty that underpins this role 
  • the importance of an inclusive early years setting 
  • the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements 

Final Test

Once you have completed the online training, you will be able to take the final test.

  • There are 5 questions.
  • The pass rate is 80%.
  • You can take the test as many times as you need.
