Our Working In Partnership With Parents Course provides essential information for early years practitioners and promotes the importance of working together with parents. Good communication and positive relationships, enrich the child’s educational journey and can extend learning. Parents have their own uniqueness which practitioners can understand and build on.

The Training

On completing the course, learners will understand:

  • The roles and responsibilities of a parent, the importance of a partnership with parents and the role of the key worker
  • How to develop the partnership, effective practice and partnership barriers
  • How learning resources can be shared to enrich a child’s learning and how to create a policy

Final Test

Once you have completed the online training, you will be able to take the final test.

  • You will be asked 20 questions.
  • You will require an 80% pass mark.
  • You can take the test as many times as you need.
